NIU E-Scooter

So I love my scooter I have but there’s like things to be added. I live in America and not in Australia I want you to have the top speed however you wanted to be in with us Americans because us Americans don’t know if we want to go 25 if you wanna go fast, we can go fast if you wanna go so we can goso and also if I wanna go to the store and if someone was trying to rob mine and they’re trying to replace the hardware hardware that cannot make work anymore so you should add an alarm that will go off to set your phone alarm that someone’s trying to replace it and then you’ll think of something else that I are you now please do this idea please I beg you

Like the lock/unlock button. Battery % and range. Though wish this info was on the “GO” screen. Aside from some notable bugs, good app. Bugs List / Enhancements: - after staring a ride with “GO” button, and also pressing “Start Riding”, the “Mileage - mi” does not increase with riding, like an odometer should. Reports zero though entire trip. - with “Unit of Speed” set to mph, kph is still used for range estimate on main page. - wish app had section to take me to parts shop for my scooter, where I could order accessories and replacement parts. UPDATE: my scooter (US version) is limited to 17.4 mph (28 kph) after the latest firmware update. Still working with NIU support to restore speed to 20 mph (32 kph).

The scooter is great, the app is problematic. Every time I receive or make a phone call my phone puts it through the scooters Bluetooth. Regardless of whether the scooter is on or not. If I am within Bluetooth range, which I always am when home, it connects. Even if I try to disconnect, it automatically reconnects and shifts the call to the scooter. There are no speakers or microphone on the scooter so it’s literally useless to connect a call to it. I don’t want to have to re-pair the Bluetooth every time I want to use my scooter, that’s ridiculously impractical. Please fix this, the scooter is not a Bluetooth speaker and shouldn’t connect as such. It is extremely frustrating. The only way to stop this is to forget the pair between the phone and the scooter. Additionally, the lights flash on the scooter every couple of minutes all the time. The scooter is off but still flashes. It’s obnoxious, how do you turn this thing off completely?? It freaks my dog out at nighttime.
