App works fine
You have to create a new user and password as they changed the site if you used to have a user and password. It has everything it says it has. The only error, and I emailed support, is on the My Services page, it shows your plan, and under that it shows your download speed, and, your download speed. Ooops. It SHOULD say upload speed for the lower number.

As others pointed out, app is worthless,
I tried over and over to log in. Even went as far as resetting the password. But it doesn’t recognize either email addresses.

We’re are all the options
I have nothing but my home address and connection type no other information is shown ,, ohh wait I can change my billing type…. Like I said no other options other than that.
