Poor Ad Control/Oversight… User Beware!

Using an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 17.2.1 running. First use of this app in an attempt to watch the Omaha Supernova game. The “Watch NCN Live” function is not easily found and, once accessed, leads to a page where the embedded video player does not work. Furthermore, and most dangerously, the page is littered with “Start Here” button type ads which imply that accessing them, entering payment info, and establishing an account is necessary to view the NCN live feed. This is NOT the case and now you’ve just given your credit card info to a third party payment site while you established an account for who knows what. Very dissatisfied, there should be some oversight on NCN’s end to ensure the app works and that users aren’t misled with those specific types of ads.

Works great!

I can get statewide Nebraska news and local news, local weather, high school sports news and I can stream News Channel Nebraska, which is great because I canceled cable!
