Update. Every time Nationwide Update this App it FAILS and here we are again. Why have WE got to Reinstall it going through all the Security What is Nationwide Team not doing correctly So I have to Switch my IPad off again until your team sort it out. Help Help July 2021 CLE Jan 2021 Still as bad as ever on my iPad. The only way to open the App is to too totally switch off the iPad for 20 minutes and the switch back on it will the work for that day only Then you have to repeat this process. If We use Firefox or Chrome then we can see our accounts HELP. CLE Doesn’t work on the latest iPad updates. Every time our ipad10 has an update Nationwide app unlike Lloyd’s, TSB and our other financial app’s locks up and has to be re-installed. And the previous method has changed so those older folk without mobile phones are at a total disadvantage and will like us think hard of moving our savings to NSI who much better and safer methods to identify its savers who don’t need mobiles or card readers. We are allowed by Nationwide to use Firefox or other internet browsers but a fingerprint for Nationwide is not enough any longer. I keep coming across more and more instances where the app on my iPhone X refuses to scroll down to the bottom of the current page, it just keeps springing back to the top. For example the ‘Makingg online shopping safer’ pop up was available above my back accounts, so I clicked on it, and the information was displayed, but I’ve tried to scroll down the page to read the rest of the info but it keeps springing back to the top of the page. I can see if I scroll and don’t let my finger leave the screen that there is a button at the bottom of the page to ‘setup fingerprint/facial recognition’ but I can’t click on it because it keeps going back to the top of the page. This also happens on multiple other parts of the app too, like on statements and my account overviews where I can only see what’s on the page as it loads, and can’t scroll down without it jumping back to the top. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and re-registering for online backing but it makes no difference. It still does it on many pages. I tried to tweet for support, where I was told that the support team were unable to see any images or videos that I sent them due to the app they use to view tweets, and then told to uninstall the and when I said that didn’t work, I was ignored. Poor customer service and a progressive worsening app from a building society claiming to be ‘on your side’ but really all they want it your money....

I was having problems and I tried to delete the app with every intention of downloading again. I successfully deleted the app or so I thought. But Siri took me to suggested app and I saw nationwide. Yet the original app had gone. So for some strange reason it allowed me to log on through the Siri suggested. Now because I can not download it again or delete the suggested. All I am doing is having nothing but problems. It stops working. Now all I want is to delete it completely and reinstall it properly. It just keeps crashing. Almost every other day. Please the developers please advise. What to do I use my nationwide app almost every day. I have just tried to go into my nationwide about 5 mins ago at first it didn’t do anything at all. So I pressed it and clicked quick balance it’s just going round and round and round. Not letting me on again. It please advise what to do it’s getting worse. It’s just not letting me delete the suggested wham I go on to Apple apps it’s just saying open. I honestly having sort of half deleted I want to completely delete and Re download. So it works as well as it used too. Can someone please please advise and help. Thank you
