The only complaint I have is that the time you are logged into the app is way too short. If you have to put the phone down for 2 minutes and do something; by the time you pick it back up, you’re logged out. Very frustrating when you’re trying to job search. You have to re-log in and go through t the whole process of the job search. Is there anyway to fix this? I’ve looked on my end and haven’t found a way to change the time setting for being logged in.

I was super excited to be able to change my address via the app instead of having to drive across town to go to the DMV for something so simple. But unfortunately, the app was not working? Every time I tried to click on “Visit Services” for access to that part of the app, it would just sit there and load and a load and load. Never going anywhere. Then I tried to click on the Help button to see if there was a troubleshoot. But that wouldn’t load either. Deleted account and app within 5 minutes of creating it. Bummer!

Being able to pull up wait times at the drivers license renewal locations has been very helpful. I would suggest using it whenever using those services so you can plan your visit most efficiently.
