This is a total scam , i have paid for my order 808 rs which was supposed to delivered on 14th May 2023 and till today on 20th may its neither delivered nor i got my refund, nobody on their support respond to any call, i received a call from them on 15th that if i can wait for my order for few more days so i denied and ask for refund which they said will come in one day, they also promise same day delivery in delhi, neither i get refund nor delivery. So its a rip off place and completely scam website, please never order from here.

I have been ordering from Mypetz for over 2 months now and I can safely say they are the best online store. They have all types of regular / prescription foods and offer same day delivery as well. Strong recommend!

This is by far the best apps for pets. Quick delivery, timely updates and notifications and they are keen on providing best customer satisfaction. There was one instance today, that I needed the delivery asap. Though the slot showed of the next day, I messaged their business account and they gave me surety that they will deliver the product asap and they made sure it happened. I’m very grateful for their timely service and the enthusiasm they show towards the pets. Good job guys and thank you very much
