It give you notice parking is expiring. When you click on the notice it logs you out of the app.

Unable to log in. Password reset does not produce an email. Not okay. Edit: the password reset emails came the next morning. That worked. The under the hood web address appears to have changed, so that why my login info wasn’t talking to the new site. Resetting my password appears to have linked my email and login name to the new site. Other than this new adventure, the app works well. Never had an issue with starting or ending a session. Most problems described in the comments are operator error.

Imagine visiting another city and having to put up with something like this. Paying $25 up front and having no way to get the remaking money back. Ridiculous.
