Bang for the buck rates this app deficient in almost every category . At least it functions some of the time after doing complete delete and reinstall. App software management and design seem to escape your IT providers. Maybe time to just either give up and safe our tax dollars or hire some competent app provider. Clearly whatever you’ve tried continues to fail miserably.

I deleted and reinstalled and it worked for a little bit. Tried to look for something later that night and it’s freezing again. Updated app from the App Store and it’s just a white screen.
