A wrapper to redirect you constantly to the website, with documentation that is impossible to parse on a phone size device (you actually need to scale up and read all the documents, the design approach to font size and visibility is truly horrible). The overall user experience is quite bad. You can’t just submit a claim, you have to first download a PDF (not linked anywhere in the claim process!) then upload that into the app. It’s clunky and poorly thought through. Makes me remember why i always preferred BUPA.
