Can’t wait for this contract to be over to terminate this service!! Your coverage and services are totally unacceptable in today’s market. I’m going to request a full refund of the days that I haven unable to have mobile services. I’m also going to request o livro de reclamações. You continue to charge as if you provide the service s that I’m paying for. Sick and tired of not having “rede” due to your inability to provide service.

I am away from home and have no Internet access even though I have a MEO bundle. Customer service never answered the phone and the automated AI system pushes me to purchase more - spend more money for a non functioning platform
