Amortization Schedule Screen

Why do you guys keep changing the amortization schedule screen? One day you can select the year from a drop down, the next day, it show the current year with no option to see past that. Please fix this. It’s not rocket science to make it consistent. For the developers: Make sure the Appbar is consistent, it grows too much something and hides contents. Also, there is something called “SafeArea” or “SafeAreaView” depending on your tech stack, use it to make sure contents are always visible. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro.

App doesn’t do proper recurring payments

First the positive: This app does let you make payments, and see your transaction history. This is why 2 stars instead of 1. It works on the most basic level, but is entirely insufficient when it comes to other functionality that I expect from a payment servicing app. For instance, you can’t set up a recurring payment schedule beyond 6 months. There is little in-app help to clarify what will happen if you choose more than 1 when it asks “ how many months?” ( with a choice of 1 to 6 ). Will it charge on the same date every month? Will it charge all months at once? Why can’t I just set up a recurring payment that is indefinite? I don’t want to put in a 6 month recurring payment, then forget to update after the 6 months are up. I was switched to my current services without any choice in the matter. I am aware that mortgages are traded around, and I don’t mind that ( even though it can create some inconvenience when it happens). But this company was very unfriendly when the switch happened. When a company transfers a mortgage, there is a 60 day grace period for payments during transfer time to get paid. I started getting threatening calls on the first day after the transfer ( well before the 60 day grace period ended ). I have never missed a payment, and the threatening calls sounded like scam calls - asking for my ssn when they called me out of the blue. I didn’t even have access to my online account services yet! Frankly, I am very disappointed with this company overall. The app does the minimum, which I am thankful for. But the customer service is extremely bad. I am stuck with them, not by my choice. I would choose a different servicing company if I could.

App is Horrible and Website is Worse

I tried to pay my mortgage via the website and successfully signed on I thought until it asked for the SMS passcode which successfully generated but when I enter it, the page would freeze up and eventually ask if I didn’t receive the passcode. I tried more than ten times between two internet platforms to no avail. So I said let me try the app. I successfully logged onto the app. It kept trying my facial recognition to push the transaction through but would return with an “oops something went wrong” message. I decided to try it one last time and it worked. I just paid another mortgage for another bank within a 20 second window and received a success email. Please do better! It doesn’t help when all mediums for making payments are tedious and don’t work!
