Useless app experience since changes
This worked when it was the original Irish life platform, but since the recent updates this is garbage. Same experience as others. Links are outdated, email addresses to contact bounce back and you have to authenticate twice.

Last few months it’s been awful
I’m not sure when the change was made but the app is no longer fit for purpose. Won’t show transaction history. Freezes. The top banner gets stuck in the middle of the screen. It also won’t recognise my password from my keychain. Shockingly bad. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it’s still being awful. About to remove it from my phone completely because it’s just taking up space and offering no value.

Really easy to use & find info I need
I’m really impressed with this. It shows me how pension is doing & what Cover I have. I can now do changes to my plan here instead of having to ring or write to them.
