This app doesn’t work at all - and neither does their website. Couldn’t order photos this way for either of my children. Luckily the telephone customer service person called me back about 5 hours after I left a message, and she was very helpful and nice, but even she was having difficulty getting the system to load the information. What a pain.

Won’t allow you to create an account or login, Navigation is super confusing Packages don’t make sense Impossible to have multiple shoot key Everything is frustrating and half broken Close buttons forget all your data How many time do I need to enter my shoot key?? Everything a number is updated everything is lost Who needs a printout? We want digital versions of those photos, there is no options for that You have to buy a package to be able to select the digital version, if you remove the package the cart is emptied and the shoot key us gone....
