Movebubble - Homes to Rent

I found Movebubble a really great way to search for houses in London. Super easy app to use, and sends you useful notifications to alert you when new properties become available. I found it particularly good that you could call the agent from the app, and then give feedback straight away to the app on whether the property was still available, meaning that you didn’t waste your time looking at flats which had already been snapped up! I also thought it was good that you could input multiple different locations into your property search as we were looking all over London, and look at this on a map view. Thanks for helping me find a flat!!

I’ve been using MoveBubble for a little while and it’s great! So User friendly; you can just put in what you’re looking for in which areas and then you get a notification of any new properties direct to check out. It’s also a great community, where we each can contribute to informing the others if a property is still available given the feature of this once you call an agency. I think it’s just great to be able to scroll through any potential properties easy, in the palm of your hands on the go with clear information and details. I love it and highly recommend it to any fellows renters 😊

Fantastic app, but has the potential to do a lot more. The app needs to have a 'Draw Map' feature, where you can draw lines or highlight areas that you want to look for property in. Just searching for areas on a list isn't always sufficient. Another feature I'd like to see is the ability to set up numerous alerts for properties. As a student, I'm looking for house/flat between 2 and 5 bedrooms, however I can't set up alerts to reflect this. If I select that I'm looking for 2, 3 and 4+ bedrooms, I need different price ranges for each of these. Otherwise, if you put in a maximum budget of e.g. £4K/month (for 5 people), you often get notifications for really expensive 2 bedroom flats. So yeah, there needs to be the ability to allow alerts for multiple searches, or else you spend half of your day re-changing the search criteria!!
