Jeremy has been professional this past two weeks in dealing with him. The Purple Bricks chat at 11pm answered my questions professionally and quickly, when I had a question about a buyer scheduling a viewing outside of my calendar. I was able to email the buyer and advise her how to do it and it was sorted within a half hour. Good luck finding a high street company available at that time of night to help schedule a viewing that turned into an offer.

My husband and I live in NYC, and have a dog.
FILTERS ADDITIONS NEEDED:
-Pets Allowed
-Outdoor space
Purple bricks does not allow you to filter by “pets ok” which makes it very difficult and challenging to look for apartments we can even consider to buy. NYC apartments have strict pet policies therefore this is a filter needed here.
Outdoor space is non-negotiable criteria for us too for buying, hence the additional recommendation :)
LOCATION INACCURACY:
The locations for apartments are very inaccurate when using the map function for the NY metro area. There are many apartments that are not in Manhattan, or certain parts of Brooklyn that are listed on the Manhattan/waterside of Brooklyn map, when in fact that is not the correct location.

This app has a lot of outdated listing homes that are no longer for sale , besides that the app is very glitchy and freezes a lot unlike Zillow or trulia which are easier to use and don’t freeze or shut down
