My wife and I went to Marongo with the notion that we would only be there for a couple hours at best. However, after playing and enjoying the atmosphere with the music and everything we found ourselves there for seven hours. As we drove home all we could talk about was our winnings and why we didn’t we get a room. Well hopefully we return soon. We had a blast

I’ll preface by saying I really enjoy both of the Morongo casinos for their variety of skits, food and snack options, and their location. It also seems like they are constantly working on improving parts of their casino so it always feels new and exciting. When Morongo decided to launch their app, I was excited and looked forward to what it would offer. Surely it would be an extension of their attentive in person service, right? Well, this app has disappointed since it was dropped. I’ve never been able to link my player card. It tells me my email is already utilized, yet doesn’t allow me to reset my password. Upon calling the number provided in their welcome verification email, I was told that they can’t offer support for the app over the telephone and that I would have to come in and get help in person. Not only do I not live super close, but the last thing I want to do when going to the casino is not play because I am troubleshooting with their app team on site. As they continue to work and update this app, I hope they pay special attention to their technical support aspect. It is severely lacking and would surely catapult their app to be in consideration for best offering from any casino.

I have been wanting an app for Morongo Casuno for a while and now this is so much more convenient then the billions of fliers. Keeps everything in one place and has Al your offers. One suggestion would be to include future offers so we can plan our trips ahead as well. So far no serious bugs since downloading it. Thank you for creating this app! First reviewer!!!
