I was traveling in Canada with my fully electric car and this app was required to use a charging station. I downloaded the app and it hangs with a blank screen prior to loading the account creation page. This happened on multiple drives as we attempted this with others in my group. I then tried to register on their website and it rejected the password I entered despite the fact that it met the stated requirements. In addition, I couldn’t enter my address anyhow because the only country option presented is Barbados 🤦 I then called the customer service number and the call dropped after half a dozen rings. So if you find yourself in disbelief how poor the customer experience is with this app and company are, you are not alone.

Clean simple interface after the third update on this app still can’t sign in.

Saw an ad promoting the app today and I downloaded it. Was initially impressed by the design - clean and user friendly! However soon encountered some bugs: during sign up the submit button didn’t seem to work, although I got the email confirming the creation of my account; and, I filled up my car and scanned my card but haven’t seen any points logged to my account :( These aside, the app and program seem promising and I look forward to the progress!
