Love this app - easy to use and a great aid to my own reflections on my moods. I like how I get prompted to make an entry at specific times rather than just when I feel like it, or when I remember (!) - gives me a truer indication of my overall mood rather than just when I’m feeling bad.
I’ve experienced the magic of having the reminder pop up when my mood has been low and it shifted my mood. Having the set questions each time brings a sense of moderation and regulation and works wonders.I can make choices in the minute while I’m completing the check up that the world is ok and everything will be fine.
