This is an excellent app, I really respect and am deeply grateful for the work that went into releasing this entirely free. It’s meditatively basic, distraction-free, just a timer and heart rate + mindfulness minutes tracking, which is everything I want, plus the icons are good-looking too. The one thing that would make this perfect for me is if I were able to set an open goal instead of being forced to pick a time limit, so I could utilize the tracking without limiting or planning how my meditation sessions will go.
I had to leave a review because I’m so grateful for this app, and I feel blessed because it was free. After I figured out that I needed to download the app directly from my Apple Watch, I was able to immediately start using it. Apart from 1 minute, the meditation periods are in increments of 5 minutes. For the most part that works for me. Occasionally I would appreciate being able to set custom times.
