Was hoping to try out their features for convenience but the app failed miserably. What should have been the first point of registration had already shown how this app is going to act up. I tried registering an account with them. It kept saying, with quotes, “No Record Found”. So how am I supposed to login if I can’t register for an account? Navigating as a guest is definitely not user friendly at all. I would like to say hire a better engineer. This app is a ripoff and when they built the app, it’s only half heartedly done. All the other functions have been stripped away leaving only the browsing as it’s already been given to them. To anyone who has trial this app as a test engineer before being fully approved online for general users, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is not a functioning app at all. They should have brought it down years ago and not tarnished MoneyMax reputation any further.

App is ok. But some places services are bad. Like we owing the workers money. Like one in BLSC, one indian lady is always very nice to my kids too. But when it comes to the others, always blackface. Redeeming my gold also need to give blackface. Bad service.

App is not available after 11:30pm. What kind of nonsense is that. Is this moneymax way of getting more money from customers who pay online instead. Which idiotic person came up with this rule for an app? If there is a cutoff time it should be for maintenance whereby most companies do it after 1am. Which nonsensical programmer or engineer did you employ that advised you as such to run your app only until 11;30pm? Also, the enets always has issues when connecting to your app and your app is always showing as processing payment but nothing happens and after that I have to logout and clear my cache and login again and try again before I can make my payment. This happens every time I try to make payment even if it links to Safari or Google for the credit payments.
