Since the app was updated, it’s identical to viewing the member website through a mobile browser. What’s the point? I could login before the update using biometrics. Now I’m having to type in email/password every time. I don’t understand why it doesn’t show performance metrics of my variable annuity. I should be able to see within the app a graph depicting how well my investments have performed year-to-date, as well as since inception. I can figure it out on my own, but this would make the app much more useful in my opinion.
A few issues. 1. After signing out, the app went to a solid white screen. I had to close the app and reopen it to login again. 2. Some of the links are too small and not tap or touch friendly. 3. When trying to print a payment confirmation, tapping the Print button did nothing. A confirmation was sent via email, but still. Overall, the app is better. Just needs some UI tweaks.
