I started playing the game a week ago the beginning is fun, but task are repetitive there is no people to play with, the monsters are kinda annoying like you have a mount to speed up but once you get hit you start walking, i wish the game was more like monster hunter, you have a gathering hub, you pick quests, and the quests can change as the seasons change, the difficulty depending on player level, armor to protect u against different monsters, It would be fun to have a roll over animation to dash monsters attack, and an special attack that deals more damage and the other 4 abilities for support, you can also get more feedback from the anime solo leveling where you are heroes hunting monsters / kill a monster get a special weapon or material to upgrade things that you actually need and use, make dungeons, the clothes more combining that you can change pants and shirts make it more appealing to each person, probably even a pet for solo hunters, make gathering materials a thing- like mining, fishing, looting, the maps are nice it probably needs more trees and water/swim and things to do in it to make it more fun and not seeing only monsters probably like a camp where you can go and hide from monsters or to get supplies and i know probably all this feedback i am giving is hard to make in the game it would be a pretty cool add on to the game would make it more playable and fun for an everyday game.
So far, I’m really enjoying the game downloaded a little while ago and absolutely cannot put it down yet. My honest hope is that it absolutely shines and becomes one of the most popular games. Keep the core elements and this game definitely has a future. I absolutely love it. I love the battling, the dialogue between the characters and how it feels like it has life. This is my review so far it could change in the future, but as of right now, five out of five stars. It does feel like a hack and slash type of game like many others out there, but I feel this game has its own identity. You feel that in the atmosphere that the battles along with the music combined, creates. I hope when you pick it up, you also love it, and see the things I’m talking about. This game has good bones and a solid foundation. It’s going to feel a bit grindy at times but that’s actually the magic of hack and slash, type of games. They allow us to boot the game up and get in quick, blast music or podcast etc, while we get right in to the middle of the action. Beautifully executed so far I’m excited for the future of this game. I hope I’m not wrong but until something changes or critical flaws are noticed, absolutely loving it and I’ll see you in game.
One of my favorite aspects of this game is that you have a lot of freedom to switch around your play style for different challenges. You’re constantly switching around skills, so you could focus on making your player able to tank one day, be a medic the next, a summoner the day after that, dps the following, and so on. This blows those games that lock you in at the start out of the water. Gameplay pacing is great too. It is easy to pop in when you have two free minutes, make meaningful progress, then get out. Or, if you have half an hour to play, you can work on beating the next dojo level that demands you to switch up your gear and think through a different playstyle. I gave this one five starts because it’s better than most games five star games out there, but I’d love to see an expansion of the story side of the game. They approach this through your character messaging in a chat with a few of their characters, but there’s not a huge sense of story arc or character progression. I would love to see the protagonist develop more such as chatting with somebody who starts off antagonistic and builds trust over time. Or, our MC could receive cutscene video clips when they arrive at current markers. Supercell, thanks for making a great game. These days, this is the game I look forward to playing the most.
