If I could give 0 stars I would .I just got this app a few days ago and I was having a problem with it so I contacted customer support for some help . They emailed me back fairly quickly and asked for some info . I replied right away . That’s when the “fun” started . Every reply from Stacy got even more rude . She kept saying that I don’t know what I’m talking about and I don’t understand her and I’m sending her advertisements ( bc I sent her screen shots of what I could see) . My problem was I got a ! Next to the receipt I uploaded . After her constant rudeness and unprofessionalism and telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and how I have to have the Fetch app too ( which I told her numerous times that I already have it and use it weekly ) she continued to say “ I can’t help you if you don’t understand me . Seriously ? That’s how this company is going to talk to people who want to use your App? There’s plenty other apps out there that is better then this one , easier to use , and with very friendly Customer Service . This just isn’t one of them . Don’t waste your time with this one .

This used to be a nice little reward app, I may not have made big bucks, but 10-25¢ here and there was still something to add to my paypal account for future purchases. But within the past 3-5 months they've been taking away the "any brand" items and a couple other items I would often buy, and swapped it for crap that I've never even heard of. I know it might be in part towards companies who offer support for the app to increase sales, but you need to change the items or update and add new ones and maybe bring back the "any brand" items. And like others have stated about these "unique" codes being a big hiccup that's causing their own failure. I basically think that the app they promoted "Fetch Rewards" is the new and improved app where you can really earn more rewards and way more often. The first version of it was ok, but I haven't been able to download the newer version where you can scan items at the store as well, planning to update my phone soon to be able to reap the rewards after getting a $3 AMZ GC within the first 1-2 weeks of using it.

After a couple of glitches getting started and having to get those ironed out with the Support team, this app worked well. Having the savings go directly to PayPal with no minimum is excellent. Unfortunately, it appears they are trying to revamp their platform. New offers stopped being added a month or two ago. Instead, there's a notice in the Offers: "MobiSave update Construction Underway" and promises more news coming soon. I don't know what they mean by "soon" and I didn't find any info on their website. Like many other users, I haven't seen any products with unique codes for redemption. Starting to lose patience. I'm very skeptical about a company that can't be bothered to issue an update to users, even if it's just to let us know that they are still working on whatever it is they're trying to do.
