(This is an updated review) this app is that good. The Mind llama’s app is the best app in my opinion on iPhone. It is the only app I’ve ever wrote a review for and it has benefited me in numerous ways. The breathing techniques alone are worth the money for premium, but the focus timers and or sleep timers are perfect for numerous things. One of my new favorite things to do is to use the focus tab and set a calming sound of rain or a stream, put in my AirPods, and meditate. There are so many sounds to choose from, and I also love listening to them with the sleep tab as well, you can listen to them while you sleep and whenever your alarm for work or school goes off it turns off the sound. This is an all around great app and I have to give props to the team because I use this app everyday now as well as the water llama app. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would, this app got me to write a review for it, lol. I also wanna recommend the water llama app, I just got the premium and I love it as well, you can track your hydration and start drinking more water. These apps are my new social media alternative, anytime I randomly get on my phone, like how we do now days, I get on these apps instead of social media. If there’s anything I could recommend it’s to put the focus breathing techniques with the focus tabs, same with the sleep tab and relax technique. I love the message this team is putting out, straight love!
I was already hooked on the Water Llama app, and since it’s the first thing I’ve ever been able to stick with in trying to track how much water I drink every day, I decided to go ahead and try out Mind Llama too. I love it! It doesn’t make you feel bad if you miss a day. It’s always encouraging and it’s so fun to switch around and use the different animals and backgrounds and sounds, which almost feels like turning mindful breathing into a game, but in a very positive, motivating way! It’s so cute, and the developers regularly update it with new things. They just added lots of new animations, and from what I’ve seen so far, I already love them! If you’re looking for something to help you remember to pause throughout the day to take a few deep breaths, and you love adorably animated animals, I highly recommend this app! It even allows you to adjust the length of your inhales and exhales, and if you want “hold” time in between. I really love that feature. I’d keep the app just for that even if it didn’t also have such delightfully adorable animals to breathe along with you!
Tigers are a fascinating, and endangered, animal. They develop fast, and go off on their own when they’re mature. Tigers live in various climates, and eat various things as well. They are very strong, and have amazing energy. Not only are they magnificent to watch, but there are many interesting, and not well known, facts about them.Tiger cubs, at birth, are blind and cannot do anything for themselves. They only weigh about three or four pounds, and are cared after until they mature. After the age of two, tiger cubs go off and fend for themselves. An adult tiger weighs, on average, 420 pounds and can be nine feet long, and the adult female, 300 pounds and eight feet long, both with tails as long as threeTigers can swim for three miles without resting. They have also swam from island to island. Their roar can also be heard from up to two miles away, and sometimes farther. Many people do not know some of the amazing facts about tigers.Tigers are the biggest member of the cat family, with lions coming in at a close second. Their paw pads are very sensitive and are easily damaged, which prevents them from following prey that may wonder on such things as rocks that are hot. Another interesting fact about the tiger is that there are no white tigers left in the wild, only in captivity. On top of that, all of the white tigers in captivity came from the same female, which was caught in 1952. White tigers are not true albinos because they lack pink eyes; theirs are blue. Tigers and lions have actually mated in captivity. The offspring of a male tiger and a female lion is called a Tigon, and offspring of a male lion and a female tiger is called a Liger
