…because it is the reconstructed soul of the original, which is amazing to me.😁 It even has that inexplicable warmth that the Microwave had despite being digital. if you know, you know. Some patches, like White Shadow and Let it grow, almost sound like an analog synth, which makes no sense but it’s true. They have that almost tangible aural texture and feel. Journey to Wave is gonna make me cry. With a fancy reverb like my Eventide H90, it sounds even more amazing.😭 For less than $20, it’s a no-brainer. Don’t think about it and just get it. I deafly bought it without even listening to it, and was so pleased when I heard the first factory patch. Not gonna ruin the little surprises, but the UI has a couple ones to be discovered.😀 Waldorf, THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS SYNTH BACK, and even better, to the portable realm. ❤️ Dream come true for me and many other lovers of your old hardware synths that defined our upbringing. PS: Please do not abandon it like you tend to do with your releases.

Not only does this synth sound incredibly good, whoever designed the UI deserves an award. Everything is so straightforward and laid out so well it’s very easy to just pick up and use. Tons of presets included sound great and are extremely easy to tweak thanks to how well thought out and placed the controls are. Don’t sleep on this one if you’re in the market for iOS synths!
