Please fix this app.

This app you really need to babysit. Very unclear it does anything you direct it to do. It should be as simple as any other app or even as basic as a bank app. Can’t tell when money is actually going to come out. No immediate record you have paid. I have to keep checking my bank account to see if it came out. The back and worth between websites bizarre. Have to log in multiple times to make payment. Also I thought I finally figured out how to make automatic payments. Turns out it was never on missed 2 months even though alerts make it sound like they are going to take out automatic payments but doesn’t happen. Also it takes almost 10 days for payment to get to other party. Please fix these bugs.

Interface not friendly

It’s nice they finally got an app but it’s basically an app that just takes you to the webpage. Also, it doesn’t do a payment pending. It only shows it once’s it’s gone through 5 days later. Also the layout is weird and you have to go back and fourth between different sections and websites and logins to see all of your information. (Like total balance is on the main page but the remain balance for each kid is like 4 clicks and two webpages away).

Handy

This app is very handy and useful. Everything I need access to for my case is conveniently located in the app.
