I’m not a big review type person unless a game really intrigues me. This is one of those games! I am enjoying every millisecond of this game! The flow is so perfect and you can move along with the story line without deep frustrations. I have been playing for hours and hours and hours this evening and I’m still playing, and they’re not requiring money from me and there’s no forced ads at all! I can’t even believe this game exists! It’s almost unbelievable because it is so awesome in every single aspect of gaming!!! I especially love the content of the game and the storyline is so intriguing and interesting! I actually look forward to the next level to see what’s going to happen. Eden reminds me so much of myself and I wish I was her in this exact environment. You can actually learn quite a bit about survival if you pay attention and read all the little summaries. I promise, you will not be disappointed. It’s such a cozy little game and it really draws you in, forgetting you’re actually playing a game? I have SOOO many of these merge type games and they’re all identical to one another,,,,,except this one is completely different! You will love it!!!!!! That is certainly my opinion, but it truly has captured every part of me and I can’t thank these incredible developers enough! Thank you awesome developers! Its a team like yours that will change the gaming industry to what it should be, and not what it has become. Though you don’t ask for it repeatedly nor shove it down my throat, I will give you my money any day just to give you my full support:))) I absolutely must check out your other games and just download all of them! LOL!
It’s a great game with a nice story so far and is a very unique merge game. Though some of the tasks for each individual task may take a long time, it doesn’t bother me very much. Except for one of the mini tasks that (at the time of writing this) is on Day 9, task 13: make a delicious meal with apples and eggs. The mini task is for the bread with the fancy name. The problem with this one little task is how much work you have to put into it, for the very minimal amout of reward. To get the bread basket (which, may I add, spawns like 4-5 items each time) you have to #1 get a wheat generator from the farm (#1.5 this takes a pretty high level item and a glove, the high level item takes a bit too), #2 get the flour by merging items from the wheat (sometimes this can take several wheats), and #3 get a water bucket thing and the wheat and put it into another generator. Does anyone see the problem with this? All of that just for a couple of items? It probably takes 4-5 bread baskets to actually make the item too. So, I suggest maybe increasing the amount of items you get so that it’s at least worth it? Or offering bread & dough it the market more often (along with water, and other rarer items related to which task you’re on). *UPDATE* I just logged on to the game and have found out that you can get a level 6 or 7 water item by crafting! And it didn’t even take to much work for me either! Just the max stick pile and a level 5 wood burner/stove (it wasn’t a big deal b/c I had 2 max level stick piles). Thank you developers!
I have played several Merge Items games. And this is the best one so far. What puts this one over the top for me: it has an engaging story, it has ENERGY generators (none of the others have that, but I haven’t played all of the games of this type), and you get to build structures in the game, that is outside of the merge board that yield items to be used to complete tasks, and the challenges can actually be completed in the allotted time. I have played other games of this type where completed the challenges are impossible without in-app purchases. All in all it’s a fairly enjoyable game. I would recommend it to others. I would be interested in trying other games made by this company. Why didn’t I give it 5 stars? Buying extra storage slots with game currency is not so bad, but having the price get larger and larger for each slot is unpleasant to me. And it is made worse by the fact that you only get one slot per price. It would be better if you got at 5 slots per price (or 10). But at least the extra slots can be bought either the gold coins, that are too difficult to come by, but as stated, it could be better. And it would be nice, if the story got stored in a journal of some sort as the story progressed so the player could re-read it. It’s a pretty good story. I would like to re-read parts. If you do that, I recommend listing the journal entries by days and also tasks. And if you are ever looking for an additional writer, I’m available.
