The new update is terrible. I want the original version. It will not allow me to sign off on b trips I’ve forgot to sign. The old version allowed me to correct it.
Ever since MediDrive took over I never know if I will have a ride to or from my appointment despite it being accurately scheduled in the app.
I’m not going to list all of the issues here, but suffice it to say this company was 100% not ready for the handoff from Transdev, (and that’s saying a lot if you know how poor Transdev was). Besides how unbelievably incompetent this app is, one of my drivers told me MediDrive fired a swath of their dispatchers and replaced them with AI to save costs, and it’s not going too well according to him. Update: new version of the app changed the design but didn’t address the functionality issues widely reported. Classic
