MazM: Hyde and Seek

This is honestly one of my favorite games, the story is interesting to me and the actual gameplay was very fun, there’s not enough coins to buy and upgrade everything in the skill trees so you have to strategize each coin(which is also a con honestly but not enough of one). The only wishes I have are more free coins to be able to try everything out, and a save file system so I can play the game from scratch without losing my finished save!

There’s a great storyline that gets you sucked in and cursing at the characters. The gameplay is easy to pick up but at times felt repetitive, like you were just fighting for no reason to move the storyline along. You can beat the whole game without paying any money, though it helps to watch ads and get the in game gold currency. I focused on a few key attack and move cards and upgrading them with gems to increase some debuff chance or decrease the cost of use, respectively. After you beat levels, you can do them again to collect coins/gems for free. REMEMBER YOU CAN SPEED UP STORY AND FIGHTS WITH THE PLAY BUTTON TOP RIGHT. This was a game changer for me but I only found out on level 70 or so…

This kind of game is challenging enough and has an interesting story to make it not boring. I didn’t pay for anything because they have enough ads and you just wait for the tickets to get more story. I had to be smart enough to beat the game by picking the right cards and upgrading the good cards. I kind of want more stories like this but I really want to know more about Kate’s story after the ending. I love this game <3
