I have numerous appliance and IOT device apps. This is one of the worst I've ever encountered. Demands your phone number and your address for no reason. It's a clothes washer. I want to know when the clothes are done. There's no reason you need my phone number or my name or my address Except to load it into your marketing database. Same thing for precise location. The claim that precise location is needed to "connect to my Wi-Fi" even though you're getting the Wi-Fi SS ID and password directly from me during the process is ludicrous and insulting. Bluetooth pairing is also ridiculous. There's a 15 second countdown window for you to pair to the device, OK, but you have to hold the button down the whole time. Completely stupid. It should pair like any normal Bluetooth device where it can be put in pairing mode hands off and it will wait for 15 or 20 or 25 seconds while you have time to get the process going instead of having to have one hand actively HOLDING DOWN that button and the other hand poking menus on your phone. While I successfully set this up with fake phone number and address, this app is so terrible my wife is never gonna use it, she's never gonna give you phone numbers and addresses and precise locations for no reason, just for a clothes washer. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because the app does seem to work if you go through the terrible process.

Worked great when I first set it up. I only do laundry 2 days every week and wanted notifications so I wouldn’t have to sit close by to hear the end of cycle signals. Next use, got “offline”. I followed the instructions in the app and could not “reconnect.” Every time I got the number to press “pair” on my cell and then pressed “start” on the machine it went right back to the “ready to pair” screen. Over and over and over again. I even started getting “wrong wi-fi password”, and I know for certain my password was correct. I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled it. I had to unplug both appliances and start all over again like the very first time I’d set it up. Then after a “few times of trying” I got both appliances back on the app. Of course all the “favorites” were also gone. In other words, I had to do “everything” all over again. Seems like the only way to keep them from “falling” off the cloud is to be certain to “enable” them again within every 24 hour period of non use . Refresh doesn’t ever work either. In the hour I spent trying to “reconnect” I could have had a load done. But, I’m like a dog with a bone and would not quit. Today, when I saw the “offline” again, I decided to never ever try to use your app again. And believe me that takes a huge amount of frustration on my part to give up on anything. From other reviews I’ve read here, I hope sometime in the future your app works better. It’s truly a fantastic concept.

Hi- I love this app however with the newest updates I’m continually running into problems with the app resulting in me having to fully delete the app and download it again and sign in. The app will work great for a while until it doesn’t and when launching the app all it does is show the spinning “loading” circle and never get to the screen where my appliance devices are listed. This doesn’t affect notifications on the iPhone or Apple Watch however. So I am still noticed my cycle / load is done but I’m not able to view any details on any appliance from the app when it gets stuck like this. Also- attempting to sign out will occasionally work but most of the time when it’s stuck it will say it’s a bad request / similar to that. Only choice is to delete and reinstall which every time I’ve done that it’s fixed immediately. Signal and connectivity within my home and devices aren’t any different - correlates to updates and changes / improvements to the app. Hope this helps identify the issue - thanks!
