I was a fan of Mark’s ever since subtle art. I love his no-nonsense approach. Change and improvement requires the same no-nonsense approach to life. We don’t change by reading a book, we change by action, and I think this app hits on all requirements to change: deep knowledge about the topic(s), daily actions, accountability from others around you, encouragement from like-minded peers. The emotions course has the most profound effect on me. As well as procrastination. Give it a try. It’s worth it.
Honestly, nothing short of life changing
1 star for content, 4 stars for app development quality. The program/subscription is marketed as a kind of baby steps approach to personal growth. “You need only to spend a few minutes per day on one simple task”, or something like that. False. You will spend hours consuming the app’s content and working the exercises each week. And fine, but at least make it worth my time. I spent many hours on the first module (Values) and I feel the only thing I really learned is that Mark Manson truly believes this malarkey at best, or is a grifter at worst.
