Unprofessional customer service as I booked a Nanny to help me for 3 weeks ,and before two hours from her appointment i called her to confirm my location but i was surprised that she can’t come since she has resigned without notifying me ,then I requested for urgent replacement. They sent a Maid without any experience with kids as I requested. When asking her why you came; she said I was forced to. And again I requested a replacement. now the third nanny came without active mobile sim card which so important to me as i can’t leave my kid with her without following up . I called and complained many times from four days and till today , even i asked call back from supervisor but no action and no follow up . Only the call which i received to inform me i have to wait till she get EID then her sim will be active or i have to buy her mobile number . I asked them to provide me with a temporary active sim since she is working with me only for short period (3weeks) but they reply to me they don’t have this option. Now I’m complaining and writing this review shocked with such service from a big company allowing such a bad customer experience and attention to service. They wasted my time, my energy and money to end up considering other future options. Total disappointment

I love the app and the whole ease of getting an urgent stay in maid. Very easy to book and the videos and rules are clear. My maid from them stayed with me for 4 months but unfortunately got sick but they replaced her next day. Their rates are a bit high but worth the hassle free of getting a maid

While selling agent say that your nanny will get end of service benefits, and a one way return ticket from the company, once the contract is ended (as long as it ends at the completion date, not early) Now we are at the end of the contract period and don’t renew it, but they say that they don’t pay actually end of service benefits or buy a ticket. Actually this is even still advertised online in the app and web page. Further, I remember paying a security deposit, but can’t find the receipt, after years. I was expecting a serious company accounts to keep this record, but I was told that they don’t have such record. We will now get an other nanny, and I was thinking to transfer the contract to her. But not possible. So those one time fees are associated with the maid/nanny. When you change your employee, they need to restart everything.
