magicJack for BUSINESS

I had been using Google Voice for my business for about 3 years and while it was okay, we were missing calls and texts because the notifications didn’t work well. We’d also frequently drop calls and they recently changed it to only allow calls on one phone number. My mom told me about magic jack because she uses it for home. Set up didn’t work flawlessly, it gave an error message I couldn’t get around and customer service wasn’t open. But somehow I fixed it and was able to use the number. We have been using it on our work iPhone for about 3 months now and it’s been amazing! Never any dropped calls, voice is coming through very clear and I appreciate getting emailed voicemails so I never miss one. The hold music is a nice touch and best of all it’s really CHEAP! I highly recommend this app for your business needs.

MagicJack has been my personal and business solution for home and business the company has fantastic phone quality and features. If your shopping around stop by MagicJack they have the prices to fit any budget. It’s worth getting.

For the most part, I am enjoying my business line. However calls occasionally get dropped on my cell phone. Its most annoying when a call comes in and when you pick it up the call gets dropped. When i am in the office however, the VOIP works great. If you are a small business looking for an office phone this works great however when using the app expect some call to drop.
