This is by far the worst VoiP I have ever used. I signed up to this platform and purchased their subscription for using SMS features. After subscription, they told me that I need to register my brand and register a 10DLC campaign. I registered my brand (there was a fee for this. I don’t remember the exact fee but it was around $5-$7). Then, I submitted a campaign for registration for which I had to pay $19. After a few days of waiting, I got a notification that my campaign was rejected. When I asked them why my campaign was rejected, they told me that my website didn’t have a proper Privacy Policy, which is not true. My website already had a complying privacy policy and I already had active campaigns with other VOIP service providers, including OpenPhone, Grasshopper, and Zoom. If there was an issue with the Privacy Policy on my website, all these platforms would never had approved my campaign. Anyways, they shared a sample privacy policy with me and asked me to update mine accordingly and resubmit the campaign. Giving them a benefit of doubt, I readjusted my Privacy Policy as per their guidelines and resubmitted the campaign for which I had to pay the $19 fee again. Then, it was time for their monthly subscription renewal and they prompted me to renew my subscription to continue using the platform. I paid them $6.99 again for renewal and just after one day of renewal I got a notification that my campaign is rejected again and this time they didn’t even bother to give me reason why it got rejected even after sending them multiple emails. Then out of blue, they deactivated my account and removed me from the platform. They are scammers and have scammed me around $60. The worst thing is that during all this time, I wasn’t able to use their service at all and they also wasted my more than a month’s time which is very inconvenient for a business. I demand a full refund of everything I have paid them up to this point because I haven’t been able to use their services even for a second!

There is now way I can delete old or unwanted message or block unwanted contact. kindly fix it and also give us a dark view mode message view .. it’s just light mode (white background)mode might affect someone sight . Thanks
