On the App Store listing page, it’s mentioned that the developer does not collect any data. However, once you download the app, you are presented with a screen to give your consent to let the developer collect unexplained type of data related to device also. I can understand that the app needs Aadhar number to provide the intended services but what that consent screen says is that this is a “Test Program” and the tech teams will also collect additional data of device and other parameters. If this is a test program or beta app then this fact should have been mentioned on listing page itself. Why mislead people? Don’t know if Apple has also been misled to allow this app in the App Store by giving false declaration.

I have been using this app from about couple of months and everytime I wanted to make any changes or download Aadhar, it simply shows an error message as, “We are sorry, server can’t be reached at this time please try after sometime”. I would like to question the developers here, when will that sometime comes? I have waiting for a while day to download but every 30mins the same error message was popping up, hence came to a conclusion that developers didn’t bother to rectify the error and causing inconvenience to its users. The 1 start for this app is also for the interface rather than performance, if I could have give minus stars then this app will get -10 for performance.

Installed and was working fine until last update when the app crashed with a message, "Something went wrong, try again later". I tried re-installing it and worked for the 1st profile, but it is not letting me add kid profile. Developers need to fix this issue at the earliest. Its a great app, but with such problems, it becomes quite a challenge to use it when you want it the most.

The interface is good and it’s very user friendly however most of the features don’t work smoothly. I had to try multiple times in order to link my and my family aadhaar cards in this app. Another feedback is regarding status check of requests. For example, I submitted a reprint request for my aadhaar but now when I want to check the status, it asks me to enter the aadhaar and SIN number and other details again which I had already submitted while raising the request. It should be visible in the history without having need to enter all details again. Please consider this in next update. Giving one star now but will review it periodically and change the rating if there is any change in the performance and features.

After a software update i was unable to view my profile. I tried adding my profile again with no success. I reinstalled the app couple of times and tried again which worked out to be a waste exercise. The most disappointing part was the support being provided. The people engaged have no idea about what i was talking. They were asking me how to rectify the issue. Finally after getting a complaint registered I'm yet to get a call from the technical team ( if there is any).

Rubbish app. Every time it is unable to access the server. The OTP never comes in time. Had to uninstall it. Now it's not even adding my profile. The biometrics locking and unlocking can be a nightmare. It never unlocks the same when actually you need it during adhaar linking or reverification. A long way to go. latest problem is device could not be verified... How funny.
