The app does not allow to change the profile for modifications for other users if you have added more than one profile in the app, rather selects first user by default for modifications. This needs to be solved asap. Or if this has been already solved, pls guide how to change the profile.

There is a major issue in the mobile number update process. Many users need to change their number because the old one is lost, inactive, or deactivated. In such cases, asking for an OTP on the old mobile number is completely impractical. If someone no longer has access to the old number, there's no reason to send an OTP to it. This creates unnecessary difficulty for almost everyone facing this situation. Please add an alternative and secure verification method.

Recently Installed the application, but I’m experiencing issues with the registration process. Each time I attempt to register, I receive a message stating, “We are facing technical difficulties.” look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest, so users can complete the registration process smoothly. kindly look into it & solve this Bug ASAP.

The new Aadhaar app feels refreshing because it takes you straight to your Aadhaar card the moment you open it, unlike DigiLocker or mAadhaar, which require a few more clicks. DigiLocker also logs users out after long gaps, making them sign in again with their phone number and a PIN they often forget, which usually leads to resetting it. This app avoids that hassle entirely. Offline access is another major advantage, and the option to add multiple profiles makes it easy to manage Aadhaar cards for family members on one device. A few tweaks could make the experience even better. Native Apple Face ID support would allow instant access without entering a passcode. It would also help if the app replaced the ZIP format with a simple, password-free PDF when sharing selected details or a masked Aadhaar, and allowed the complete Aadhaar to be shared as a normal PDF without a password as well. Overall, it is a clean and convenient upgrade that focuses on what people actually need.

The recent Aadhaar update process has become smoother for many users, especially with online options for address, name, and document updates. The system is faster, more transparent, and the new portal is easy to use. However, one big limitation is that photo/biometric updates still require visiting an Aadhaar Seva Kendra, which is inconvenient for people who live far away, have busy schedules, or face long waiting lines. Suggestion: It would be extremely helpful if photo update (live photo capture) could also be made available online through secure verification—just like face authentication used in other government apps. Allowing users to update their Aadhaar photo online would save time, reduce crowding at centres, and make the whole Aadhaar update process truly digital. If UIDAI enables this feature, it would be a major improvement for millions of users.

There's only one issue when you have a multiple profiles. And you wanna see the history or the recent transaction. Then, you are not able to distinguish between which profiles transaction.You are looking at because I have more than three profiles and all the transaction between that profiles is coming at 1 single place. It's not like, you know, another profile. You will see the another transaction in any of the profile. You'll see the transaction for all 3 of it. And that is, without any name.
