Delhivery: Courier App

Okay, so I booked the service because it was very urgent for me to courier the delivery on that same date and I was waiting for the executive since morning. I tried calling him for like 50 to 60 times, but he did not receive any of my calls. And then at evening, 6 PM, I get a message that the parcel was not available so that delivery boy was not able to pick up your order. I was so shocked because it was so urgent for me to deliver the cooler at the same day, now I went back to the app to cancel my order, and now they are telling me that you cannot even cancel the order because some stupid reason the Cafe and it’s a prepaid order. Now I cannot even cancel my order because I have paid such a big amount to this delivery person app and I cannot even parcel my courier that same day and I don’t know even if the next day they will come or not and it to deliver it today and now everything is spoiled because of this stupid app. I will tell everyone and my friend circle to never use this app and I will not use this app. This is the worst and worst delivery app. I have ever ever used, please, please improve it and just shame on your shame on you, and if you have some courtesy, just reply to your customers because if you at least be able to give that service like you want to take keypad money and don’t even provide the service on time, literally shame on you

Recently I have ordered a Monte Carlo lapel coat from Monte Carlo app. The product was awesome as I have already used Monte Carlo winter wears. Unfortunately This time it had been delivered by Delhivery app. At first it took 7 days to deliver the product from Ludhiana to Amritsar after the product left for Amritsar to Ludhiana. Then the worst part came. The size of the product doesn’t fit well so I had to place a return order for the same. To my surprise no one came to pickup thrice for three different days after updating the status as Out for pickup and in the end cancelled the pick up. And further Monte Carlo app also not allowed me to return the product. Further I contacted Monte Carlo regarding this issue and they again arranged a pick up today for the same product and again delivery executive updated the status as unable to pickup the product without even contacting me. This is totally unprofessional and unethical practice and in the end it’s the customer who is suffering from all this. Even your customer support service is also pathetic. After committing to call within 2 hours from your side I got a call but it disconnected from your side and no one even bothered to contact one more time. As I have placed one more call request from your side no one contacted me till now.

You should be em You should be embarrassed of your service. This is beyond words. This is disgusting. Shame on you stole my package. You stole it. Your thief and are you trying to select somewhere else? Are you trying to sell it somewhere else so that you can you don’t know how to run business. You are good for nothing. You are such a disgusting thing, which is just you know people India is not developing because of you. Because of people like you, you should be you should be banned you know, stressing me, the stressing me out, and I hate you. You are oh my God. I hate you so much. You should shut down your business and sell peanuts by roadside on a stroller, you know, I know you can’t even do that because you’re good for nothing. You are you are not good. You are good for nothing. You just I can’t even talk to you your customer services. 1st, your app. First, you don’t respond. You took my package and saying delivery is delayed. Sorry slightly delay. No, it’s been delete for days and ask you’ve been. You’re not even responding now. What is this? You thieves you stole my Package give me my Package. It’s so important to me, and I’m gonna pay you and you gonna give me my Package everyone happy, what’s in this? What’s wrong? In this? What to do? You have one job delivering my package and you can’t even do that. So where are you? You can’t even deliver a package and the iron in this is that it’s your job. You have to deliver a package, and you are saying you can’t give me my Package shame on you such a crappy business and crappy Service.
