Low FODMAP Diet for IBS & SIBO

I was easily able to find the foods i can enjoy as well as the high FODMAP foods I should try to not consume. Definitely very helpful.

I was happy with the app until I noticed that it didn’t necessarily jive with Monash food info – for example I’ve been eating blueberries they list as low FODMAP and I checked it here and it says high FODMAP. Until now I’ve mostly been relying on this app, but I’ve lost confidence.

I just found out about the FODMAP downloaded many apps and this one by far is the best and easiest to navigate Thank you!! I hope you can make this up bigger and better as in recipes a community. I think most of Not all would be more than happy to pay for your help!
