Just started using this. Seems extremely detailed. The search recipe bar also will search for items you are to add to your breakfast, lunch and dinner journal. Then it asks you the symptoms you had after eating that item.

I would rather they charge a one time fee to unlock (after a trial period) and just ask for the review later. I’m only able to give three stars now since I don’t know if the app will function the way I want yet, but will come back and review again if it’s good.
This really does look like it might be the system I’m looking for! Unfortunately the developer is probably hurting themselves with lower review scores by asking for feedback right away to unlock features. This will hurt the score making the app less used and ultimately less likely to be maintained by the dev. I really hope they will improve this and continue to support this system.

Can’t do much without leaving a review so since I haven’t entered more than one item it’s kind of hard to give an honest review. But here it is anyway 🤷♀️. Update: now that I’ve been able to use this app for a short time and figure out how it works I can give a real review. I really like the way the diary works. I need to track fructans and symptoms and I can do that. It’s simple yet has everything that I want. The food list might even be helpful with research when making a shopping list.
