What package you purchase from Loot vs. What pack you redeem for in the game don’t have to match and so easy to make a mistake and purchase the wrong pack. Once that happened, I found out from the in-game support that using these services was against the agreement I signed when I installed the game. And my account could be blocked. InGame support could do nothing to fix the mistake. They said I could file a refund request from iOS but that wasn’t possible either as there were no record of me buying these packs from them In mu Apple account. I Went back to Loot service and asked them to request a refund from iOS as they are the only ones with a reference number to that purchase. I got the go around for hours and they simple said they WONT help me. Such big misrepresentation of services, such louse software controls to prevent wrong pack purchases i game, and such terrible customer service.

Lootbar is absolutely a game changer making in-app purchases here much more affordable and easily accessible. The currency is giving fast after purchase in game so that you can do your pulls or summons without issue or too long of a wait like most other third party services!
