Lisa: AI Photo & Video Editor

First off you pay a monthly subscription fee and there are couple options but there is no option to unsubscribe. I downloaded the app pressed manage subscription then it brings me to the Web browser as I signed up through the Web and then I go to my account and there’s no options at all only to delete account which they can still charge me for subscription. It’s all blank. All the options are blank squares so u have to press each 1 hoping it’ll bring u to an unsubscribe option but it’s just more purchase options how convenient! I have contacted the support team and I’ll see what comes of it but I must wait for up to 48hrs for a response.😟 I want to cancel bc there’s no tutorial how to use anything & u have to pay for each different look after the monthly subscription fee. Yea, you wanna try different hairstyles you have to pay for coins to experiment each look, you wanna try different hair color that’ll cost more coins so you continue to have to buy coins and it adds up. They recommend that you buy a pack of coins for $75 who has $75 to experiment looks that you don’t even know if they’re even gonna look right & even look like you at all. It is so bogus of an app and I’m just trying to cancel it that’s all but it’s next to impossible to do so on my own. So easy to navigate purchasing looks but no option to unsubscribe!! 😤

First: It is using Lisa AI. So same thing, different app. Second: Ad is for plush toy that walks around. Made me rush to download the app. “Plush Toy” category was listed when I first downloaded the app, but why can’t I find it now? Maybe I am looking at new features tab instead. Other tabs are prompt tabs and other categories. Third: I’m not paying just for an image app. There are so many apps that will do the same thing. Including the AI image app from Apple. Fourth: If I’m missing something. Then make it known in your app categories. Fifth: If the app can’t do what your awesome plush toy advertisement shows, then that’s false advertising, we all have a lawsuit on our hands. Sixth: Ever heard of buyers regret? Seventh: Ever heard of Refunds? Eighth: Ever heard of bankruptcy? Ninth: Ever heard of greed? Tenth: Buyer beware…it’s not new or groundbreaking. No one is going to sue but if you think the is app will do what is in the ad then you will also be greatly disappointed. Edit: so I did a new image generation lol and the app did almost what I asked for. My original rating was written when I was mad because I paid for the app and it did not do what I paid for. But it just created an inspired image. This made me uber happy. Thanks.

Using an ai generator is always a roll of the dice, which is why I hate ones that use credits. I won't be keeping this because that's the trap. But depending on what I search for, I can get some really great images. Ones that don't have people often come out sharp and better than I imagined. Their stock images for people are a bit limited. I get the same faces, no matter what they're doing or their size. If I want a picture of a woman with a more curvy size in 9:16, her body is a bit distorted and her face looks stretched. It's still one of the better apps I've tried. I enjoy using it a lot for images that are epic. Come out beautifully. It'll be a shame to delete.
