When you buy Levi’s jeans from a Levi’s store, the quality is excellent. But when you buy what appears to be the same jeans from the official Levi’s website, the quality is surprisingly poor. It honestly feels like Levi’s is misleading its own customers. To make things worse, if you buy a pair of jeans on sale from the Levi’s website, you can’t return it under any circumstances you can only exchange it. And if the exchanged pair still doesn’t fit, there’s no option to exchange it again. You’re basically left with a pair of jeans that’s useless to you, with no practical option except to throw it away.

I ordered a shirt through the Levi’s app, but the size didn’t fit me. I tried to exchange it, but the required size was always out of stock. I emailed customer support multiple times and never received a proper response. Every time I tried to call, the line was constantly busy. Because of these delays and poor customer service, the return/exchange window has passed, and now I’m stuck with a shirt I can’t use. Very disappointed with this experience. I expected better service from a brand like Levi’s.
