Last Pirate: Island Survival

Have only been on the game for a few days now and so far have enjoyed it. I am slowly learning the works of the game, there should be some kind of instruction manual or guide which I haven’t found yet. Haven’t figured out how to increase the capacity storage in the small chests as of yet also. I did find out the one storage chest in the camp did increase storage capacity when the camp leveled. Now the raids on camp is a little too much here at the beginning also. I hadn’t even really figured out the game play yet and was raided. That’s a little too soon. The bears I understand attacking but the boars should not attack with out being provoked. And what about some body armor for our pirates? When does that come into play? And please tell us if/when we do get body armor it lasts a lot longer then the weapons do. Which is another issue. I understand the better the weapon the better the hit points. But it doesn’t make that much difference if the weapon doesn’t last longer or attack a little faster. Might as well just use your hook. So far I havent been able to venture too far from the camp due to having to run back every 30minutes to defend it. And yes I understand the defense is necessary but it is a little too often. Once the attacks are over there’s not enough time between attacks to gather materials, cook some food, make some bandages, heal up properly, kill chickens or boars (which takes too long to kill) at the beginners level and first camp site. Plus explore the map. Now I don’t want you all to make it so easy that it’s not a challenge but at the beginning stages it should be a little easier so one can learn the basics of everything. No one wants to die so easy that you die so often, to the point you just want to quit but it is going to happen. I have seen it in other games. Thank you for any considerations or ideas you may have gotten from my rant. I do want to see this game survive but you will have to make it a little more beginner player friendly at the start in order for players to learn and grow before they get sick of the dying and the grind to get no where quick.

By far one great game. With being a phone game it has a lot to it and a lot of potential behind it. The concept is amazing and I love the survival adventure of it. It’d be nice to have more implemented with more npcs, locations, building, and weapons, etc. There’s so much potential and I hope to see the game grow! Of course there are a lot of bugs and exploits easy to run into. The AI of the enemies are really buggy. Sometimes they would spawn within one of my walls. Then they would clip through the wooden barricades and become untouchable. I had a boar run through my walls one time when it was coming after me. As for exploits it’s easy to scale the mountains and get in places you shouldn’t be. I could see a giant square in the middle of the map. When pressed against one of these objects that you shouldn’t be able to get on, if you constantly jump, you slowly scale it. A couple other bugs included with the crafting queue, when you reach the last add on it crashes the game, I tried at least a couple times to do it but couldn’t. Another bug is if you defeat the undead but afterwards either reload the game or sometimes die, it would restart the event. A great add-on would also be some time of armor system. The wildlife deal a lot of damage and if you don’t have the proper weapons you can’t fight back without dying. This was a struggle for me in the beginning trying to collect hide from the boars. Another idea I’d like to add is the possibility of adding rafts/boats that you can build and then explore the waters with to different islands. But overall it’s still a great game and I’m working my way to the dungeon.

I’ve been playing this for a little over a week. Overall I am impressed, I have enjoyed this game, but there are a few things that don’t make sense such as, repairing equipment actually costs more resources then just making a brand new one. Using coins to repair is really the only way to save your materials and it’s not to hard to get coins, I feel as though should be a way to equip armor for better protection a bear will wreck you if he gets close to you. There is no way to take a bear head on. Typically in real word history a spear would be effective on a bear with the right shot. Maybe you can figure out something with these two messes, repairing equipment, and better defenses for longer survivability. As well as including cannons to help protect your shipwreck so you can stay out a little longer to gather resources. I feel as though i have to run back everytime I get to the opposite end of the island. Kinda annoying so i built up extra walls to survive a 10 minute attack but still should be only a auto defense system I think should be a way for offense when your not there. CANNONS!!!💯💯💯PLEASE! I’ll give the game a 5/5 because this is a new game there will be bugs and fixes to come and pass. I will continually give feedback on this game because it has serious potential. I play offline mode most of the time!!! It is a great game for kids I feel 5+ because there is no gore or true violence but rather then shoot and poke to turn them into rewards and coins. But the bear is definitely making me scream like a little girl and I’m a 30 year old dad😂😤👍🤣 good job keep up the work! I will be supporting this game soon with in game purchases not for myself but in hopes the dev team wil create a masterpiece because it has SERIOUS rpg/mmorpg potential.
