I purchased shampoo from this site and i didn’t accept the order because it was not in good condition and when i try to contact them its very hard to connect and talk to customer care my order was already returned to the seller but i didn’t get any mail and didn’t get refund yet its been very inconvenience for me as i am still trying to find a way to contact the customer support. They write on their website please write mail to us but they didn’t write their email id how am i supposed to write an email. Its really very frustrating and disappointing please don’t use this app

App is of no use. Even after booking an appointment a day before service, they kept me waiting for 1hour telling me 5mins every time I go near reception. The person I booked for was serving an other customer. There is use of booking an appointment in this app as they don't consider give importance to appointments at all. Faisal at reception made me wait for 1hour nearly. After I went and questioned them, they gave me the service. Worst ever service and customer value.

While the app is useful there are a few problems. 1. If I cancel an appointment in which I had used a discounted or free service, I don’t not get that free service again. Despite me never having used that service. 2. Unable to edit any of the details on the profile page, like Last Name or Date of Birth
