I ordered a dress and paid through cash on delivery. After returning the product from my home, I didn’t receive any updates — no calls, no messages. I had to keep contacting customer support multiple times just to get any information about my refund. Each time, they would say the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but that was just a false promise repeated every day. There was no proper communication or support from their end, and only after several follow-ups did I finally receive my refund. On top of that, the quality of the product was very poor and definitely not worth the price. Overall, a very frustrating experience — I wouldn’t recommend this app to others.
