This app feels extremely misleading. Once you deposit money and claim the welcome offers, it becomes impossible to redeem your winnings because the redeem button does not exist at all. I contacted support multiple times, and they told me to try both the desktop site and the app. I did both and even sent video proof clearly showing there was no redeem option available anywhere on my account. Their only response was to “try a different browser,” which did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Support was essentially useless, and the entire experience felt deceptive and frustrating. I would strongly recommend not depositing money into this app.

The Rainevent feature on this site is sick! Chat room is hilarious and overall everything functions incredibly… I personally love it and had couple of great wins so far

I had a question about redemption and it was answered very quickly and explained so clearly no run around half explanation no generic response just straight forward answer this site has gone about what lots of other site over look in the customer care department and I play on a few of the we’ll known site this on is at my #1 for the customer service and the many different games to choose from they have packages that I find totally reasonable and you do win and some time you don’t just like the other sites or your local bar or casino your not gonna win every time that’s just not how it gos so to anyone giving bad reviews because you didn’t win please stop because not one site or actual in person place you play at do you win every time it’s called gambling for a reason and we all know it’s just the luck your having or not having so play for fun always look at it like your paying to play a game and if you happen to win smile be happy and enjoy and if you spend the money you decided to play with then smile and remember you chose to play fulling knowing you could lose what you where playing with this site is kicking but at becoming a #1 sure out there good job guys keep doing you it working
