Kids Mode & Child Lock :Suzy

I had only a few games available for them to play and somehow they were able to send messages to random people on Snapchat. The same thing happened but with a game I didn’t want them to play. I went into the parent mode and seen it was locked but for some reason they were able to play it. I had to unlocked it then lock it back in order to fix this but I will be deleting this app and finding a better one. I paid for the subscription which is very unfortunate that it can’t even keep kids out of apps like it’s supposed to.

He play the PBS kids game and plays PBS kids videos and Olay the math learning games a lost because he is going to kindergarten this year an I'm going two 5th I'm 10 and I give him my phone at night when I'm going to sleep si he can play on my phone

I got this so that my child wouldn’t access apps they’re not allowed to be on. Works for the most part other than the fact that they still have access to phone calls, messages and settings. Which completely defeats the purpose of having a “child lock” there’s no way to make those apps inaccessible. Even if I don’t have them as apps that they can access. Explain how that makes sense? Also I have been experiencing the app crashing on their iPads which is ridiculous. If I could do a refund I absolutely would love one. Cause this app is misleading and I’ve paid for the year.
