This app checks all the boxes for real! Easy interface, yummy, easy recipes and exercises to follow, plus trackers for water and macros. And informative articles about the keto diet that’s concise and intelligent. So helpful for a beginner to Keto like myself. I highly recommend it.

So far, I love everything abt this app. I’ve been searching for one that I can understand and live with for a while. It is so people friendly, no complicated over kill information, Just plain… type or scan and search what u eat and the app does the rest. It gives u very basic instructions on the plan, you really can’t go wrong. The recipes are foods that are sensible and people really love to eat. I can’t wait to get started to reach my goal. Please, please don’t change unless u make it better, which would be kind of hard to improved upon perfection.

This app is really good and what I was looking for. The only problem is there isn’t a way to edit the nutritional information once it’s in. Also the app constantly asks if I like the app. I’ve already said yes about 50 times. I don’t think it needs to pop up every time I open the app!
