Very very worst app. If you win the game and withdraw money. Next match onwards they’re started looting. They are 100% fraud. They changed tournament fees but not played due to technical issues from their side, they told me “ we will refund your money, till now I am not getting my money back. When I contact customer care not even response, using chatbot and listing useless option there’s no useful information. These app is looters, thieves, fraud and scammers. Not even worth for single star. These cheaters mentioned bonus rewards. Many times I paid money but not getting 1rs rewards. These are cheaters. And using fake players and stealing money. Government should take action against them and ban from India

The payment option got stuck and it didn’t get through and the back-end team is incompetent to resolved issues . Instead of resolving issues, they keep saying to check “Deposit status “. When I click “Add Cash “ it didn’t take me into payment option but instead it is showing payment failed. It is clearly a technical glitch but they keep asking me to check deposit status. Such an incompetent technical support ever. I chat with support team via WhatsApp and they disconnected to “bot support” because they are unable to resolved my isuues. I have all the screenshots of payment failed transactions but it didn’t show up in the transactions history in my profile.

Honestly, I was never a rummy fan. But when I started playing on Junglee Rummy, I was very much into it. I started playing this game during lockdown and I am kinda obsessed with it now. I have even suggested Junglee rummy to my friends and relatives. It is seriously one of a kind game where you get everything. My personal favourite is Points rummy and I have also won a cash tournament once. Very very happy and satisfying experience on This app.
