Very bad app
The app is horrible. It always locks me out of my account and it’s very buggy. It’s 2026, please spend the actual time and money on real developers to create a normal app for your customers.

Can’t open account online
The app claim u can open account online But the process is vry dificul and u can’t complete it, i requre u to look now as u look on ur ID card, the card photo is blak/white and so small So the process fail there Don't claim something u can’t fulfill U r wasiting our time with ur rabish app

عند محاولة الدخول من هاتف iphone x لا استطيع الضغط على اشارة القائمة لاختفاءها تحت ايقونات الايفون الاصلية، استخدم التطبيق في اللغة العربية واخر اصدار من iOS
